Below is a list of rehearsal rooms or band practice space options available for rent or hire in Auckland. They are sorted by Area location and within each area by alphabetical order. We aim to keep this rehearsal space Auckland list up to date so that it is a good reference for musicians who need to hire a soundproof room or rent space out for band practice.
Historically, we used to run a rehearsal space and recording studio called The Rock Factory. Still, alas, we had to close it due to noise issues when the landlord moved in upstairs! … so if you are in a band, we know your pain, and we hope this helps you find a place to do what you need to do!
Please let us know if any links for the rehearsal space Auckland don’t work or if the contact details are outdated. If all else fails… and I know you, I know many bands who rehearse at places like Storage King or similar and may be looking for a band to share costs with for their band practice space… Often, venues or halls are happy to hire their rooms out as a band rehearsal space for a few hours at a time at non-peak hours, too. Industrial areas are good. Do you have a mate working at a warehouse? That might be a good after-hours band practice space!
