NOTE:  These prices are for events with 3 hours of live music. Additional technical labour hours over and above 7 hours (including delivery, setup, sound check, pack down and removal) are charged on a per hour basis.

  • Extra Large Covered Stage Hire (Extra Large Stretch – 10m by 6m stage  with 12 by 9 meter stretch tent) = Pricing POA
  • Large Covered Stage (Large Wider) Outdoor Event Stage (7.2m by 6m at 90 cm height) covered with 6×6 m Marquee Setup = $POA (note 2 extra pieces optional as wings for the sound system at no extra cost).
  • Large Basic Outdoor Event Stage (6m by 6m at 90 cm height) covered with 6×6 m Marquee Setup or 8 by 4 stage with 8 by 4 cover = $POA
  • Medium Outdoor Event Stage (6m by 4.2m or 4.8m at 90cm height) covered with 6×4 m Marquee Setup= $POA
  • Medium Pole Outdoor Event Stage (6m by 3 or 3.6m at 90cm height) covered with 6×3 m Marquee Setup= $POA (note that this has a pole in the middle at the front where the lead singer usually stands, so he/she would have to stand off centre.)
  • Small Outdoor Event Stage (5m by 3m at 50cm height) covered with 4.5×3 m Marquee Setup= $POA

Outdoor Event Sound Systems and Festival Production for between 1000 and 2000 people:

ADD a Line Array System System (2000 people) with 48 channel mixing desk. Examples of what can be provided are shown below.

  • big band setup with up to 8 monitors, microphones, 6 DI boxes, stands, cables.
  • Customised microphone kit – we’ll provide what you need.
  • Technicians ( minimum 3 people required to setup), delivered, setup, packed down and removed.

ADD the Double Medium or Medium Plus System (for 800 to 1600 people) with 32 channel mixing desk.

  • big band setup Up to 6 monitors, microphones, 4 DI boxes, stands, cables.
  • Customised microphone kit – we’ll provide the microphones you need.
  • Two technicians (minimum 2 people required to setup), delivered, setup, packed down and removed.

ADD a Basic Line Array Sound System Plus OR Double Standard plus (for up to 1000 people) with 32 channel mixer.

ADD a Basic Line Array Sound System OR Double Standard  (for up to 1000 people) with 16 channel mixer.

ADD a Medium Concert Sound System (for 300 to 800 people) with 24 channel desk,

  • Full microphone kit, stands and cables as required.
  • 4 to 5 monitors / foldbacks
  • 24 channel snake
  • Two technicians onsite ( 2 people required to setup), delivered, setup, packed down and removed.

For Medium stage with Medium Sound System allow 3 hours for setup and 2 hours for packdown.

For Large wide Stage with Medium Sound System  allow 3.5 hours for setup and 2.5 hours for packdown.

ADD a Standard Concert System (for up to 300 people) with 16 channel mixing desk.

  • standard mic kit,2 DI boxes, stands, cables.
  • 3 or 4 monitors / foldbacks
  • 16 channel Snake
  • 1 technician stays onsite,
  • 2 people deliver, setup, pack down and remove.

Cost to hire equipment for festivals for up to 150 people:

ADD A Basic Sound System (for up to 150 people) with 8 or 12 channel desk.

  • up to 2 monitors, 6 microphones, 2 DI boxes, stands, cables
  • a technician to run it – delivered, setup and removed.

ADD a Vocal PA System with small mixing desk delivered and setup on site (speech or acoustic artists up to 100 people) and removed at the end.

  • Additional for a tech to run.
  • ADD an 18 inch sub or additional speakers for spread or as foldbacks or monitors for the artist.

Add Backline to your outdoor Event Package stage and sound system or festival production:

Band Backline Addon = $POA for a full set of standard set of band backline (2 guitar amps, bass rig and drum kit) to be provided with setup.

DJ Gear Addon =  $POA for a 3 piece set of DJ Gear – either 2 CDJs and a DJM800 OR 2 Technics Turntables and a DJM800 – DJ booth table can be provided FREE with this package.

ADD $POA per wireless microphone required for MCs or performers to go through the sound system.

ADD additional pieces of DJ gear (CDJs, DJ mixers or Technics Turntables).

* These stages and sound system outdoor event package delivered prices, and Cost to hire equipment for festivals & concerts are only valid for within 25km of Auckland CBD. If your festival production is outside this area, then travel is an additional per KM charge AND Driver Per hour charge, as well as per hour charges for any additional persons required for labour.
