Festival Production Package

Community Performance Package

 

  • The Stage: Mobile Trailer Stage (SL75) or Large Covered Community Stage.

  • The Sound: Full Line Array PA System with subwoofers and up to a 64-channel mixing desk, stage monitor and microphones as needed. Customise by adding more Line Array Top Speakers and more Double 18 sub speakers.

  • Capacity: Great for outdoor festival or concert crowds ranging from 500 to 2,000 people (up to 5,000 maximum with larger PA system options).

  • The Crew: Requires 2-4 onsite technicians/operators (including audio and stage crew) tailored to the specific entertainment and complexity of your bands. Includes full delivery, setup, soundcheck, and removal.

✔️ Optional Add-ons: Full band backline (drum kits, guitar amplifiers, bass rigs), DJ equipment, instrument mics and radio microphone systems.

 

  • The Stage: Small Covered stage, Medium Covered Stage, Medium Springtop stage or large covered stage.

  • The Sound: Standard PA Systems, Medium PA Package or Large Sound System with up to 24 or 32 channel mixing desk and stage monitors. 

  • Capacity: Perfect for crowds of 300 to 1000 people at cultural days, school fairs, or park gigs. You can reach larger audiences if we provide a larger PA or more speakers for additional coverage.

  • The Crew: Requires 1-3 onsite technicians to deliver, set up, mix your bands, and pack down. More as the audience or onstage requirements increase.

✔️ Optional Add-ons: iPad/Wi-Fi remote mixing, vocal microphones, band microphones, and stage lighting.

  • The System: Vocal PA System optimised for long-throw speech clarity and wide outdoor coverage (no unnecessary subwoofers).

  • Capacity: Perfect announcements for crowds spread across a outdoor area (sports fields, parks, or start/finish lines, area activation).

  • Ideal for: School sports days, walkathons, cultural day announcements, and public speaking events.

  • The Crew: Delivered, set up, and packed down by 1 technician. (A dedicated audio technician or operator during the event is optional).

✔️ Optional Add-ons: Roaming wireless microphones, battery-powered speakers, and stands.

 

 

  • The System: Basic Sound System (8-to-12 channel desk) with main speakers and up to 2 stage monitors.

  • Capacity: Perfect for intimate outdoor crowds of up to 150 people.

  • Ideal for: Solo acoustic artists, small 3-piece bands, DJ sets, or mini-stages at food festivals.

  • The Crew: Delivered, set up, and removed by our team.
